OUR RESERVATION POLICY:

Flathead Boat Company is located in Polson Montana on the southern end of Flathead Lake. Our office is at the new Flathead Lake Marina on HWY 93 directly across from the A&W. (see map) If you rent a boat from us you can leave it moored at the marina throughout your rental. You can also pick up your souvenir T-shirts, hats and more at the marina store.

We offer discounted rates for extended boat rentals. We will tailor your extended rental to your specific needs. If the boat is rented for 3 or more days we will deliver it to your dock from the nearest boat ramp on Flathead Lake. We also do extended rentals for some of the lakes surrounding Flathead Lake. The rental must be a minimum of 3 days and a delivery charge to the other lake may apply. Note: The dock where the extended rental will be moored must be secure in case of any storms or weather. Please call for more information on rates and reservation requirements.

A deposit of 50% of the rental price is required to reserve and hold a reservation for rental equipment. A full refund will be made if the reservation is cancelled a minimum of 24 hrs prior to the reserved rental time for daily rentals and a minimum of 72 hrs prior to the reserved rental time for multi-day rentals. Full refunds will also be made if the weather and or lake conditions warrant unsafe use of the equipment. Deposits for cancellations made less than 24 hrs prior to reserved time for daily rentals and 72 hrs prior to the reserved time for multi-day rentals will not be refunded. No shows without a cancellation for the rental will be responsible for the entire rental rate.

Renters must be at least 18 years of age and possess a current driver’s license. Operators of equipment must also be 18 years of age or older. You must also have a Visa or MasterCard that can be used for a damage deposit during the rental.
